Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site and to listen to anything on it. Please do not attempt to break it, overload it, or gain access to any part of it that is not public.
The music
Every track, mix, sample and image on this site belongs to djinn or to the producers credited alongside it. Listening here is free. Downloading, copying, re releasing, sampling or using any of it in your own work, whether or not money changes hands, needs permission first. Ask, and the answer may well be yes.
Bookings and enquiries
Sending a message through this site is an enquiry rather than a booking. Nothing is agreed until it has been confirmed in writing, including the date, the fee and what is being provided.
Accuracy
The site is kept up to date as far as is reasonable, though dates, releases and details can change. Nothing here is a guarantee, and it should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Links to other places
Links to other sites, such as streaming or social platforms, are there for convenience. What happens on those sites is governed by their own terms, not these.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, because the law does not allow that to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
